Is Quareu only for events?
QR systems are our core. Alongside invitations and access, our services include WhatsApp campaigns, surveys, HR, warehouse and CRM systems, plus solutions for cinemas, stadiums, theatres, clubs and schools.
Can we combine messaging, IDs and physical gates?
Yes, you can request WhatsApp, email or both, automated replies, reminders, digital or printed QR IDs, NFC and physical gate options. Choose what you need in Get started. We’ll review the hardware, integrations and scope with you before confirming the setup.
Is Quareu suitable for weddings and private celebrations?
Yes. The invitation, individual guest QR and check-in workflow can be used for weddings, ceremonies, birthdays, engagements and private events, as well as corporate occasions. Your design and guest setup are chosen for your event.
Can we use our own event branding?
Yes. Events can use their own ticket artwork, or a Quareu design, with a QR linked to each invitee. We’ll discuss your artwork and invitation setup.
Can the team check guests in on a phone?
The scanner is designed for supported mobile and tablet browsers with camera permission. We recommend checking the event devices and internet connection before doors open.
Can invitations be sent through WhatsApp?
Yes, with a configured WhatsApp provider and an approved event template. Sending, delivery and read status are different stages; delivery depends on the provider and recipient.
Can different events have their own teams?
Yes. Event users and roles can be assigned to the events they operate, with the access appropriate to their responsibilities.
